Your insurance provider will be billed for services on your behalf when applicable. Any patient portion must be paid at the time of service. If you do not have dental insurance, ask about financing options or our MyoTech Advantage Dental Plan.

Many types of payment are accepted including: cash, check, money order, cashier’s check and major credit cards.
